In Real Estate, you really only want to do the process of flipping a house once. You don’t want to have to send it back to the kitchen because that would mean a loss in profit for mistakes made.

The way to cook a successful real estate deal, is to analyze your financial plans and make sure that the menu items that you are cooking up are the correct ones the first time you cook it up. Armando Montelongo has a show called Flip This House which is about buying and selling and fixing up real estate properties. He is his own boss. Its like being your own chef.
