Healthy, Easy Meal Ideas (Weight Watchers)?

I really want to do a diet and stick to it – I like the idea of points counting and I am really good during the day I like cereal for breakfast and a small lunch but dinner is my downfall I need ideas of healthy easy meals I can do for my dinner, i’m not the best at cooking – I have a slow cooker and sometimes do stews, are these healthy?

Hi, Minnie, using a slow cooker and making soups and stews are excellent ways to eat healthy. The page I’m going to link you to is called “Healthy Recipes.” I lost 85 pounds on WW five years ago, and many of these recipes are from people at WW meetings. I’m a huge soup fan and they tend to be low in calories, healthy, delicious, and comforting. You can find a whole page of soup recipes on the site. Have you looked at the WW site? They have good recipes too. Basically when you’re not eating soup, think in terms of having a lean protein, a vegetable, and a whole-grain, with a glass of skim milk.
